Free curbside freight, included
Every vanity we sell ships free to the contiguous United States. There is no threshold order value and no promotional window — the freight is priced into the number you see on the product page.
Vanities are large, heavy, and fragile, so they move by LTL freight truck rather than by parcel carrier. That changes how delivery works, and it is worth knowing in advance.
What curbside means
The carrier brings the crated vanity to the curb or the end of your driveway on a lift-gate truck and places it on the ground. The driver is not required to bring it inside, up steps, or into the bathroom. Plan to have a second person and a hand truck available, or buy an upgrade.
Delivery upgrades
Threshold delivery brings the crate inside the first doorway of the home or garage. White-glove delivery brings the crate to the room of your choice, unpacks it, and removes the packaging — it does not include installation or plumbing. Both are added at checkout, and pricing varies by distance and unit weight.
The appointment
The freight carrier calls to schedule a delivery window — usually a four-hour window on a weekday. Someone eighteen or older has to be there to sign. If nobody is home, the carrier will attempt to reschedule and may charge a redelivery fee, which is not covered by our free freight.
Typical transit is 5 to 10 business days after the unit ships, plus the handling time shown on the product page.
Inspect before you sign — this matters
Freight damage is the one thing that can turn a good order into a bad one, and the moment you sign the delivery receipt, you are stating the shipment arrived in good condition.
- Photograph the crate before it comes off the truck, on all sides.
- Look for crushed corners, punctures, water staining, and a crate that is out of square.
- Open the crate if the driver will wait, and photograph the vanity itself.
- If anything looks wrong, write it on the delivery receipt before signing — for example “crate crushed left corner, product condition unknown.” Those words are what make a damage claim work.
- Email the photos to support@alticllc.com the same day.
You may refuse a badly damaged shipment outright. Note the reason on the receipt and email us immediately and we will arrange a replacement.
Alaska, Hawaii, and outside the US
We quote freight to Alaska and Hawaii individually — email support@alticllc.com with your ZIP code and the SKU. We do not ship internationally at this time.
PO boxes
Freight carriers cannot deliver to a PO box. We need a street address.
