30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return a vanity that is unopened and in its original crate. Email support@alticllc.com and we will issue a return authorization and arrange the freight pickup.

Return freight and a restocking fee are deducted from the refund. Because these units move by LTL freight, return shipping on a vanity is genuinely expensive — often $150 to $400 depending on size and distance. We would rather help you get the size and configuration right the first time, so please ask before you order if you are unsure.

Once a vanity has been uncrated, installed, modified, or cut, it can no longer be returned. Clearance and final-sale items are not returnable.

Freight damage is different

Damage in transit is not a return. If the unit arrives damaged and you noted it on the delivery receipt, we replace it and we pay the freight both ways. See Shipping & Delivery for how to document it — the note on the receipt is what makes this work.

Warranty

We warrant every vanity against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from delivery. That covers things like joinery failure, hardware that fails in normal use, and finish defects present at delivery.

It does not cover: normal seasonal movement of solid wood, or variation in grain and colour between pieces — wood is not a printed surface and no two boards match; water damage from standing water, leaks, or a bathroom without working ventilation; damage from improper installation, including installation into drywall rather than framing; damage from cleaning products, steam cleaners, or abrasives; ordinary wear, scratches, and dents after delivery; and any unit that has been modified or cut.

To make a claim, email support@alticllc.com with your order number, photographs, and a description. We will repair, replace the affected part, or replace the unit at our discretion.

Some manufacturers offer a longer warranty on specific lines. Where that applies it is noted on the product page and the longer term governs.
